Railway Recruitment Cell RRC – The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), East Central Railway, has released the official notification for the engagement of 1149 Act Apprentices under the Apprentices Act 1961. Online applications start from 26 September 2025 and will remain open until 25 October 2025. Eligible candidates must have passed Matriculation with at least 50% marks and hold ITI certificates in relevant trades. The selection process will be based on a merit list prepared from Matric and ITI marks, followed by document verification and medical fitness.

- Discharge / Serving Certificate (for Ex-servicemen or children of Armed Forces personnel)

- Selection will be on the basis of merit list
- Merit list will be prepared by taking average of % marks in Matric and ITI
- Equal weightage given to both Matric and ITI
