- Printout of the online application form duly signed and affixed with a recent passport-size photograph.
- Matriculation/Secondary School Examination Certificate or equivalent certificate and mark sheet (as proof of Date of Birth, Candidate’s Name, and Parent’s Name).
- 12th Class Certificate and Marksheet or equivalent Diploma Certificate.
- Engineering Degree/Provisional Degree issued by a recognized University (Provisional Degree should not be older than 6 months at the time of joining).
- Marksheets of all semesters/years of Engineering Degree.
- Certificate from University Registrar/Controller of Examination regarding formula for conversion of CGPA/Grade into Marks.
- Certificate from University/College Head confirming the candidate is in the final year and result will be declared by 01 July 2026 (for final-year appearing candidates).
- Declaration by final-year candidates that they will submit proof of passing Engineering Degree Examination with all marksheets by 01 July 2026.
- Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Passport / Driving Licence) for verification.
- Documents related to Civil Verification (as applicable).
- All original documents must be carried to SSB Interview for verification. Originals will be returned after verification at the Selection Centre.
