Bihar STET 2025 में आवेदन करने वाले सभी अभ्यर्थियों को अपनी शैक्षणिक योग्यता, आरक्षण व अन्य दावों को साबित करने के लिए स्व–प्रमाणित (self-attested) प्रतियां अपलोड करनी होंगी। नीचे दिए गए सभी दस्तावेज़ आवेदन में आवश्यक हैं :

• मैट्रिक (10वीं) – प्रमाण पत्र और अंक पत्र। यह जन्म तिथि प्रमाण के रूप में भी जरूरी है।
• इंटर (12वीं) – प्रमाण पत्र और अंक पत्र।
• स्नातक (Graduation) – प्रमाण पत्र और अंक पत्र।
• स्नातकोत्तर (Post Graduation) – प्रमाण पत्र और अंक पत्र।
• बी.एड. – प्रमाण पत्र और अंक पत्र, जो अध्यापक पात्रता के लिए अनिवार्य है।
• यदि आपके पास कोई अतिरिक्त शैक्षणिक योग्यता है, तो उसका प्रमाण पत्र भी अपलोड करना होगा।
• आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र – सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा जारी, जिससे आपके राज्य/जिले की पहचान हो सके।
• जाति प्रमाण पत्र – अनुसूचित जाति (SC) या अनुसूचित जनजाति (ST) वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए अनिवार्य।
• क्रीमीलेयर रहित प्रमाण पत्र – अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग (EBC) और पिछड़ा वर्ग (OBC) के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए।
  (विशेष ध्यान दें: विवाहित महिला उम्मीदवारों को जाति और क्रीमीलेयर रहित प्रमाण पत्र पिता के नाम और पते से जारी कराना होगा, पति के नाम से मान्य नहीं होगा।)
• दिव्यांग प्रमाण पत्र – दिव्यांगता का दावा करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा जारी वैध प्रमाण पत्र देना होगा।
• भूतपूर्व सैनिक प्रमाण पत्र – पूर्व सैनिक उम्मीदवारों को सेवा से संबंधित प्रमाण पत्र देना होगा, जिससे उन्हें आयु सीमा में छूट मिल सके।
