- Original and four self-attested photocopies of Matriculation passing certificate (for verification of name, father’s name and date of birth).
- Original and four self-attested photocopies of Matriculation mark sheet (for Diploma/Vocational holders if English not a subject).
- Original and four self-attested photocopies of Intermediate/10+2/equivalent passing certificate and marks sheet OR Diploma/ Vocational Course certificates and mark sheets.
- Original and four self-attested photocopies of Domicile Certificate/COAFP Certificate.
- Original and four self-attested photocopies of Children of Air Force Personnel (COAFP) Certificate / Service Book / Discharge Book / Casualty Service Certificate / Service Particular Certificate as applicable.
- Original Phase-I Admit Card used during Phase-I test (with Air Force seal and invigilator’s signature).
- Body tattoo photographs (if applicable).
- Original and four self-attested photocopies of NCC ‘A’, ‘B’ or ‘C’ certificate (if applicable).
- Copy of permission letter from unit/station (Applicable only for serving Agv NC).
Note: Original NCC certificate must have serial no., round seal and stamp of issuing authority. Candidates discharged from Indian Army/Navy/any Govt. Organisation must produce Discharge Certificate. Candidates must bring original documents; only legible photocopies are acceptable. DigiLocker verified certificates may be accepted with CSV (Certificate Subject to Verification) status. Internet copy of mark-sheets or mobile snapshots will not be accepted.
