- Matriculation/Secondary/Equivalent Certificate (proof of educational qualification).
- Photo ID (as per list in notification) and two passport size recent colour photographs.
- Caste/Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC) in prescribed format, if applicable.
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities certificate (Annexure-XII/XIII/XIV) if applicable.
- Ex-Servicemen certificate / Undertaking, if applicable.
- Any other document specified in the Admission Certificate / application (e.g., discharge certificate, equivalence certificates).
Pay Level-1 as per Pay Matrix of 7th Central Pay Commission.
- Computer Based Examination (CBE) — two sessions (Session-I and Session-II).
- For Havaldar: Candidates qualifying in CBE are shortlisted for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) / Physical Standard Test (PST) conducted by CBIC/CBN.
- Shortlisted candidates undergo Document Verification by User Departments/Organizations.
- Final selection and allocation of Post-cum-State/UT/CCA based on performance in Session-II, preferences, and age-group (and PET/PST where applicable).
